We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as Receptionist/Office Support Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
· Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
· Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
· Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proven experience in a receptionist or office support role will be considered as a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
