Regional Hotel Revenue Manager

Hotel:  Titania Hotel

Location:  Athens

What to expect

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing hotel profitability through strategic revenue management, pricing, and inventory practices. They will analyze data and market trends to develop pricing strategies, optimize distribution channels, and drive revenue growth, ensuring financial goals are met and maintaining competitiveness

Primary responsibilities

  • Μ aximize hotel profitability through strategic revenue, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing.
  • Manage room inventory allocation effectively.
  • Adjust room rates based on market demand.
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.
  • Utilize revenue management software for data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze booking data for upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on pricing strategies.
  • Increase revenue from ancillary services.

Necessary qualifications & skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in revenue management (e.g., CRME) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and Excel. (e.g., Fidelio, IDeaS, Duetto etc.).
  • Proven experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in a managerial role in a large hotel group.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with hotel distribution channels (OTAs, GDS).
  • Strong understanding of market segmentation and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
