Job Description - HR Assistant (fixed-term contract)

During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:

HR Assistant (fixed-term contract)

for our Human Resources Department

based in our headquarters in Kifissia

The HR Assistant will support different areas of the HR Function including recruitment, communication as well as supporting in different projects of the department in accordance with the overall objectives of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare & post vacancies
  • Support events management (communication with providers, PO Creation, Contracts creation)
  • Support facilities Management
  • Data entry in ERGANI
  • Support for digital card implementation
  • Prepare articles for internal communication (Intranet)
  • Administrative support to all operations of HR department

Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
  • Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
  • 1-2  years of experience in a similar position. Preferably from a FMCG environment or HR consulting industry
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other applications or systems (SAP, HFM)
  • Team spirit and effective demonstration of Triple A behaviors; Alignment, Accountability and Action
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluent English
