Job Summary:

Petrolina Holdings Group is looking for a dynamic professional to support our marketing team in managing media relations, social media channels, corporate branding efforts, and the execution of in-station promotions - among other related responsibilities.

• This role is based on-site in Larnaca and does not accommodate remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the goals of joint projects with the client, emphasizing both digital and in-location promotion.
• Serve as a primary contact for media outlets and marketing partners, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
• Manage the company’s social media profiles, focusing on content planning, engagement analysis, and audience development.
• Ensure consistent corporate branding across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Assist in the enhancement of in-location promotions, aligning them with broader marketing objectives.
• Analyze marketing performance data, contributing to reports that guide strategic decisions and tactical adjustments.
• Collaborate with teams across both organizations to integrate marketing efforts, achieving a cohesive approach to brand messaging and customer engagement.
• Conduct market and competition analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or related role, with demonstrated expertise in media relations, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Proficiency in English and Greek, as both languages, are essential for effective communication within the target markets.
• Strong knowledge of productivity tools, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office 365, to streamline collaboration and project management.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks as needed.
• A proactive approach and a willingness to take initiative, coupled with a keen desire to contribute to the success of our joint projects with the client.
