The main objective of this role is to expand the company's customer base. This will beachieved by generating leads via telephone calls & use of digital tools. Additionally, thesmart-admin will help the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks (eg. Reporting, data management).

Technical / professional qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Previous work experience in a similar position (sales or call centers) is essential
- Good knowledge of MS platforms (especially MS Excel and MS Teams)
