Responsible for Product Distribution/Tech Dpt Call Handling

Responsibilities:

• Distribution Coordination: This role involves coordinating the distribution of products to various destinations, which may include retail stores, warehouses, or directly to customers. This requires planning and scheduling deliveries, coordinating with transportation providers, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

• Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication is essential in this role, as the person must liaise with various internal departments such as purchasing, logistics, and sales. Clear communication ensures that all parties are informed of inventory levels, delivery schedules, and any issues affecting product distribution .

• Handling the calls relating to the tech department, maintain and update the ticketing   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration or related field be considered as a plus 
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP-CRM software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English both verbal and written.
• Experience in an IT company will be considered as a plus
