Job Description - Sales Director

In Evergrow SA, we are seeking for a Sales Director , on behalf of our client, a renowned provider of ERP solutions, dedicated to enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness through innovative technology. With a commitment to excellence, empowers businesses across various industries to optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve goals and expand market share in the IT sector, specifically focusing on ERP solutions.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of ERP solutions and offer exceptional customer service and experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to proactively adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree will be considered a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the IT or software industry, with a focus on ERP solutions. Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications in business processes; certification in relevant ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
