Sales Director - Northern Greece (Ref. 5606/SM/ESS/GR)
Profile:
The Sales Director N.Greece will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to promote the educational programs and drive revenue growth. You will be leading a team of sales professionals and implement effective sales tactics to expand their reach and impact in the education industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team, to optimize their performance and exceed sales objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to expand their presence in the education market.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer feedback to form sales strategies and program development initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and presentations for senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree will be highly appreciated.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the education industry or generally in services.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 applications. Familiarity with ERP and CRM software
- Proficient in both Greek and English languages
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
