Contract: Full Time / permanent The successful candidate will represent, promote, and enhance sales of both hotels. Main responsibilities
- Initiate and organize sales activities including sales calls, sales visits, site inspections, trade shows, etc.
- Schedule regular visits/ business meetings with bespoke corporate accounts, travel agents and PCOs and monitor performance on an ongoing basis
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and built customer’s loyalty
- Contribute in hotels’ revenue target, execute plans to achieve target goals, expand clientele base
- Assist in budget & forecast preparation
- Generate sales reports for management review
- Review and suggest enhancements in sales management functions
- Support the operational aspects of booked business (offers, contracts etc.)
- Identify and resolve revenue related issues promptly
- Collect and report market feedback on regular basis
- Perform general office duties
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, familiarization trips and other relevant shows
- Cooperate efficiently with the management team
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Requirements
- A 3-year experience as a Sales Executive or other administrative positions, preferably in the tourism sector
- A degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Sales/ Marketing
- Proficiency in English
- Good computer skills (MS Office, PMS systems)
- Well-organized and responsible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Communication & presentations skills
- Commercial attitude and proactive sales approach
- Strong negotiation skills
- Driving licence is required
