Sales Manager

Role Description

• Deep understanding and knowledge of the tourism offline & b2b contracting
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new partners (tour operators & local agents)
• Communication & implementation of sales activities and promotions
• Be responsible for the accurate presentation & content of the hotels in the partners’ brochures and websites
• Ensure the smooth running of site inspections and fam trips
• Respond to group requests
• Handle special requests from travel agents

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position in hospitality industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management/Business Administration
• Master degree in Marketing or Tourism Management will be considered a plus
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational / time-management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
• Team player and positive attitude
