ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a Multinational Industrial Group of Companies, with a sales network in over 60 countries, and 32 subsidiaries globally, is seeking to recruit a Sales Specialist (Retail Showroom), to join the Group’s Marketing Department in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Sales Specialist (Retail Showroom) (Ref. code: 5521/SC/ESS/CY)

Location: Industrial Area, Dali

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Office hours)

The Role: The Sales Specialist will tend to customers visiting the Group’s innovative showroom by illustrating and advising on the Group’s products, solutions, and services. Additionally, he/she will support operations by providing administrative support to ensure the seamless daily functioning of the office. More specifically, he/she will: Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and host prospective customers who visit the exhibition area to view product samples and provide them with advice on operational/technical details.
• Register the visits in the CRM (Showroom visit tracking) and manage all follow-up communications or initiatives in order to secure a project win.
• Submit sales applications in the CRM, liaise with the Sales team and assign the department with relevant leads.
• Ensure the seamless operation of the showroom, upkeep, and enhancement of the showroom environment to optimize customer experience and uphold its image.
• Support the organization and execution of workshops and seminars hosted at the showroom.
• Manage call center operations to ensure effective customer service and call routing.
• Handle customer complaints telephonically and support general office operations and needs.
• Complete duties assigned by management, which include filling out invitations for exhibitions, packing samples, etc.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales / Marketing, Interior Design, Social Sciences, or any other related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roles within Sales (B2B or B2C), Marketing, or Customer Service.
• Previous experience in administrative/secretarial support or Interior Design will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent customer service, sales and communication skills, with a strong influential and persuasive approach.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and good knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Very good knowledge of both the Greek and the English languages (written and verbal).
• Excellent organization skills with strong ability to deliver results, and an emphasis on detail.
• Cooperative spirit and the ability to operate efficiently within a team.
