The Sales Support Representative will be responsible to manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients, placing orders to the vendors, registering customers’ orders, invoicing, checking product availability and expiration dates, answering phone calls and related tasks and duties. Fully support the commercial team in all their handlings with vendors, customers, third parties and other.
Requirements
Hard Skills:
· College/ IEK/ TEI / AEI degree preferably in Business Administration or Finance
· English degree
· Knowledge of Microsoft office and related applications
Soft Skills:
· Strong organizational & time management skills
· Good communication skills at all levels
· Flexible approach and a willingness to learn
· Outgoing and confident personality
· Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships
· Strong executional ability
