Job Description - Senior Talent & Purpose Manager

The ideal candidate for the Senior Talent & Purpose Manager is a dynamic individual who is passionate about fostering a purpose-driven workplace. They must have excellent organizational skills and be dedicated to promoting a positive and visionary culture within the company and ensuring positive candidate experience through hiring. 

Talent Acquisition 

 

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent. 
  • Oversee the recruitment process and guide the Talent Acquisition Manager, ensuring all candidates are treated fairly and have a positive candidate experience. 
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify and address hiring needs. 
  • Coach hiring managers on developing their interviewing skills. 
  • Organize, develop, and implement all Employer Branding activities in collaboration with Marketing. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and recruiters. 
  • Participate in external events such as Career Days, Talent Acquisition events, and other HR-related events to strengthen ATCOM’s brand. 

Employee Engagement and Satisfaction 

  • Lead initiatives to foster a purpose-driven culture and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and values. 
  • Oversee employee engagement activities, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans. 
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on internal communication strategies and co-organize employee engagement activities to foster employee satisfaction. 
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and satisfaction. 

 

Learning & Development 

  • Design and manage talent development programs, including training, mentoring, and career progression. 
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee coaching, feedback, and development. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as training providers. 

Performance Management 

  • Manage the performance review process and ensure it supports employee growth and organizational goals. 
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address talent needs and challenges. 
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management practices. 

 

Compliance and HR Coordination 

  • Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies. 
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent management and organizational development. 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, or a similar role. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 
  • Experience with employee engagement and performance management tools. 
  • Passionate about fostering a positive and purpose-driven workplace culture.
