We are looking for a junior to mid-level experience ServiceNow Admin, to join our Athens Office Team!

Requirements

o University Degree in Computing, Electronics or related IT field.

o 3+ years’ experience specifically as a SNOW administrator required.

o Proven experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting, and testing in multiple instances, and deploying into production.

o Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices.

o Experience with creating, updating and implementing the following ServiceNow items: business rules, workflows, inbound actions, transform maps, workflows, service catalog/portal items.

o Experience implementing, and/or upgrading ServiceNow.

o Experience and knowledge supporting ServiceNow modules.

o Experience in process optimization and IT Tools automation.

o Very good understanding of ITIL best practices.

o Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment.

o Working knowledge of Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS.

o Excellent communication skills verbal & written in English.

Nice to have:

o Experience with python, powershell, or web services (REST, SOAP).

o Experience integrating Service Now with other tools.

o ITIL Certification.

o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Specialist and/or Certified Application Developer.

o AWS or Azure experience.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
