Job Description - Spa Receptionist / One&Only Kéa Island

Position Overview

The Spa Receptionist role aims to embody the essence of hospitality and wellness, utilizing strong organizational abilities and a welcoming demeanor to create an inviting atmosphere for One&Only Kéa Island guests. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage appointments and ensure accurate scheduling using the spa management system.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about One & Only Spa treatments, services, and products.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and ensure correct administrative procedures.
  • Provide individualized and personal attention to guests, maintaining a consistently high standard of guest care to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Utilize computer systems for booking and database management with skill and proficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, upsell retail items, and promote wellness offerings.
  • Assist in retail sales of spa products and merchandise.
  • Stay informed about spa services, promotions, and special offers.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to enhance overall customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • High School completed; University Degree is a plus, preferably in customer service or Wellness/ Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a 5* Luxury Resort/Hotel.
  • Excellent knowledge of spa treatments and products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa management software.
