Student Services Officer

UNIC Health, supporting the strategic growth of its Medical and Veterinary Schools, seeks a Student Services Officer based in Nicosia to join its Student Services team on a fixed-term contract, for a time period of 10 months as a maternity cover.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for students at the Student Service Centre.
• Guide prospective and current students through enrolment, accommodation, and migration processes.
• Provide outstanding customer service in-person and via various communication channels.
• Conduct campus tours and support student integration and orientation.
• Engage with social media initiatives and support student-led events, clubs, and societies.
• Promote a positive and creative work environment to enhance student experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in administrative roles of at least 2 years, preferably within an educational setting.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union/ European Economic Area.
