System Administrator & Support

Zakcret S ports SA , one of the leading sport retailers in Greece with 36 stores , more than 500employees and extremely dynamic on Line performance with 4 Eshops, is looking for passionate System Administrator & Retail Support with a broad range of technical knowledge , based in our premises at the area of Spata, Athens.

Position: System Administrator & Support

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Setup and troubleshoot corporate IT equipment (VMs , NAs, PCs, laptops, etc) for in-house, road warrior and fleet use, using the company's deployment methodologies.
• Troubleshooting tasks needed to assist internal customers with our ERP system.
• Support to IT equipment & ERP in sales

• Training end users in specific modules of ERP application.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware or software faults

Qualifications/ Competencies

• A degree in Computer Information systems technology or relevant discipline
• Good communication skills
• Very good use of English language, both spoken and written.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Work experience in corporate IT support position.
• Deep knowledge of SQL , Microsoft Office (excel, ppt, etc)
• Microsoft Exchange Administration.
• Microsoft 365 Administration

Extra assets will be considered as a plus:

• 3cx Cloud PBX experience.
• VMware Esxi
• HyperV Windows
• Power Bi

• Previous exprerience in retail will be a plus
