Team Coordinator Athens

We are currently operating in over 1,000 locations in over 30 countries, worldwide. Thanks to our growing expansion in Greece, we are looking for our Market Center in Athens, a Team Coordinator .

Responsibilities

• Support of the Sales Manager and the sales team on the daily business.
• Organization and supervision of meetings, appointments and presentations.
• Coordination of marketing activities with the Marketing Team.
• Creation of property profiles and other documentation.
• Administrative duties required such as managing the database, preparing reports, handling incoming inquiries and emails, taking minutes etc.
• Provide weekly sales/leasing reports.
• Preparation and filing of legal documents.
• Customer Service support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma. 
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken. 
• Highly motivated and team-oriented.
• Highly organized with professional communication and coordinating skills.
• Accustomed to multitasking.
