Warehouse Operations Logistics Officer

Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a trading company based in Nicosia, seeks to recruit a Warehouse operations and Logistics Officer :

Responsibilities:

• Research potential vendors, comparing and evaluating offers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Quality Control – Review orders before they are shipped out

Qualifications:

• BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role preferred
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP B1) will be considered an advantage
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
• Negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Enthusiastic and cooperative nature

Benefits:

An excellent remuneration package plus benefits will be offered to the right candidate. Working hours 8-4 Monday to Friday.
