Job Description - Back Office Officer

FinPros’ Back Office team is expanding and we are looking to hire a Back Office Officer. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Back Office role within FX, possess strong English language writing communication skills, and have a great attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and activation of new client’s accounts into the Company’s software.
  • Amend/update existing client accounts.
  • Process Power of attorney’s sent by clients.
  • Provide customer support to clients and prospects and guide them on how to open an account.
  • Manage Back Office mailbox.
  • Follow KYC procedures.
  • Keep client records (i.e. agreements, ID documents, investor questionnaire, Know Your Client information) in electronic form.
  • Liaise with the Head of Back office for any queried issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or any other relevant field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Back Office role within a Forex company.
  • Holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
