We are actively seeking a “Business Development Associate” with an entrepreneurial and result-focused mindset, to support the Business Development Team in its efforts to drive growth. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the VP of Sales & BD Manager by inputting and updating information into Hubspot, Apollo/Zoominfo, clickup and other tools
  • Strong Knowledge of ‘Lead Generation’ tactics, channels and tools, including Apollo/Zoominfo, social media, email or any other online and offline tool
  • Running lead generation sequences, AB testings and report on progress of outbound campaigns
  • Increase pipeline streams by overwatching critical purchasing Intent and adapt our reachout
  • Understanding the current needs of industries, personas, and markets to target and positively impact campaign responsiveness and conversion rates
  • Collating and maintaining client information, contracts, meeting notes and reminders in the CRM database (Hubspot).
  • Assist with drafting business proposals, sales pitches/playbooks, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Being knowledgeable and passionate about our SaaS and its impact on business functions
  • Build and digitize workflows within our platform understanding our 3 main pillars; build, run and measure
  • Generating and evaluating leads, emailing and cold calling prospects to expand sales pipeline streams to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives
  • Demonstrate a customer centric mindset by cultivating strong relationships with new and existing clients (Account Management)
  • An entrepreneurial mentality of getting things done on time and being consistently on top of things by following up with customers
  • Well-rounded with a business acumen to succeed and a supportive culture that advocates for the customer
  • Provide feedback on customer pains, needs and overall areas of improvement while reporting on KPIs
  • Result driven and focused on closing deals to accelerate business growth
  • Keeping abreast of trends and changes in the digital transformation world

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation preferably within a startup SaaS environment
  • Experience in CRM, marketing software, analytics and automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clickup, Google Suite Apps, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • High level of discipline and strong sense of responsibility
  • Project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Has the drive and the experience of exceeding targets
  • A positive “can do” and “hands-on” attitude
  • A team player with a sales driven profile including strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
