The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with great enthusiasm for the event ticketing industry to join our team in Marousi, Athens (on-site). To excel in this role you should be a self-starter with a hunger to chase intensively and close new business. Experience in the events/entertainment industry or/and ticketing platforms will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching organizations & individuals online, to identify new leads and new markets
  • Contacting potential clients via phone & email, to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Preparing & delivering pitches and (online) presentations to potential new clients
  • Promoting the adoption of new services/features by existing clients
  • Receiving & discussing clients' feedback with the Product team
  • Working with senior team members to identify & manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar sales position, closing new business
  • Hunger to chase intensively and close new business, on a daily basis
  • Laser-focused on specific targets
  • Technology-savvy with new software and productivity tools
  • Advanced self-presentation, persuasive & negotiation skills
  • Strong oral & written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Advanced decision-making & problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
