Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operates as the Account Holder for our existing clients and ensures to respond to client requests efficiently and in a timely manner
• Represents our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
• Ensures client satisfaction and quality services to all of our clients
• Generates leads and promote our services and products to new clients
• Tracks, analyses, and reports sales communication results

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a relevant field
• Proven work experience as a sales representative, business development officer or a relevant role
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent command of the English and German language (written and verbal)
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• Must be able to travel and drive if necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
