Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:

  • Serve as the main point of contact to clients, managing their daily communication needs.
  • Foster strong, enduring client relationships.
  • Prepare briefs, pinpointing project requirements and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project briefing, planning, and execution.
  • Coordinate with external parties as needed.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for timely, in-scope completion.
  • Prepare and present proposals and performance reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends to provide valuable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in client services or account management in marketing/advertising.
  • Knowledge in Digital, Social Media, PR will be added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Strong client-focused approach.
