Main Responsibilities

• Provide Client Support through various channels including email, phone, social media
• Identify customers’ needs, gather the necessary information and provide the best suitable solution
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Follow the company's procedures when performing daily tasks
• Keep record of customer interactions, comments and complaints

Requirements

• Strong writing and verbal skills in French, English & Greek
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure
• University Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies will be considered as an advantage
• Passionate, enthusiastic and hardworking individual
• Team spirit and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
