Customer Support Advisor with German

In collaboration we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support a project that mobility and transport financial services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone, email and chat)
• Provide 2nd level support for the clients
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• C2 level of German language
• Passionate about customers and customer service
• Problem-solving skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
