As a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Your daily duties will include resolving customer issues, processing orders, tracking deliveries and keeping customer records updated. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible work environment, serving as a crucial link between our company and our valued customers.
