Hey there! Are you a whiz at customer service and can communicate fluently in Czech? Do you have a passion for cars, specifically luxury ones like Mercedes? If so, we've got an exciting opportunity just for you! We're currently on the hunt for a Czech speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team!

Role Description

As our Customer Support Specialist, you'll be our customers' first point of contact, helping them with any questions or issues they may have. You'll be providing top-notch support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience. Additionally, you'll be responsible for tracking customer interactions and liaising with other departments to resolve more complex issues.
