We are looking for customer service representatives for a Swedish multinational home appliance manufacturer. In this challenging role, you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have.

Responsibilities

• Agents are responsible for servicing all queries relating to Client associated products and services via telephone, email & chat
• Service bookings
• Other contacts from consumers:
• Product Advice
• How to use our products
• Complaints and refunds
• Registration of the products
• Webshop Support
• Retailers Support

Required skills

• Fluent in Danish
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to show empathy towards customers
• You have a positive & flexible attitude
• Attendance and punctuality
• Ability and will to absorb knowledge
