So, if you want to be part of this incredible journey here is an opportunity for you ! Our Technology Intelligence & Performance team is currently seeking to employ a Data migration support/ engineer for an outsourcing project in Public Sector. 

The position is based in our clients’ offices.

The role in more details:

• Support in MS Access legacy system.
  
• Design and implement data migration strategies and plans
  
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks
  
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet business and technical requirements
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration
  
• Optimize and tune data migration processes for performance and efficiency
  
• Document data migration procedures and maintain data lineage records 

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• A BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years of working experience in SQL and experience with database systems
• Knowledge of MS Access
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Military Obligations completed, if applicable
