In line with the Hotels’ strategic priorities and revenue target by market segment, this position leads the development and delivery of the annual Digital Marketing plan and budget. This role works closely with Sales and Revenue Management teams to create individual tactical and segmental marketing plans, focusing on demand generation and high impact activities with proven ROI across all key segments (Leisure, MICE, F&B, etc.). The position also serves as the main point of contact with Marriott’s local Digital Hub and Marriott Digital Services, to ensure optimum use of all Marriott’s internal marketing channels to maximize campaign reach, impact, and conversion.
Duties and Responsibilities
Knowledge & Skills
· Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and verbal. Additional language(s) is a plus.
· Full PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft applications and Internet.
· Excellent use of all the major Social Media Business tools and platforms
· Familiar with Hospitality-related tools and platforms
· Familiar with CMS (Content Management Systems)
· Familiar with Google’s Business Tools (AdWords / Analytics)
· Familiar with Email Marketing Platforms
· Reporting and analytical thinking
· Multi-Tasking
· Creative Thinking

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· A minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably in hospitality or service sector.
· A previous additional experience in Marketing and/or Sales, preferably in hospitality or service sector is a plus.
· High level of understanding and knowledge in digital marketing.
