Role Description

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Mercedes-Benz customers, addressing their inquiries and providing support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Resolving customer issues related to vehicle servicing, warranty, and general inquiries.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
• Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information in the company's database.
• Collaborating with other team members and departments when necessary to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
