Role Description

As a Dutch Speaking Ticketing and Reservation Agent, your main responsibility will be to assist Dutch-speaking passengers with their ticketing, reservation, and general inquiries. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling ticketing and reservation requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Providing accurate and detailed information about flight schedules, fares, and services.
• Assisting passengers with booking changes, cancellations, and refund requests.
• Resolving issues and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to provide seamless travel services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
