Description
Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for problem-solving? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy providing top-notch service to customers? If so, we want you on our team! Responsibilities:Initial Training for 4 weeksRespond to inbound calls from customers regarding technical queries and solve them in the best mannerEscalate more complex issues to the technical department as requiredDocument and update the CRM with the required information to ensure a proper follow up till the ticket is fully solvedIdentify opportunities for upselling/crosselling
Requirements
Strong communication skills in Dutch and EnglishAbility to communicate professionally, enthusiasticallySolution-oriented.Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently.Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.Previous experience in customer service is a definite plus.
