E-Commerce Coordinator

In SINSAY, a member of LPP Group, we are currently looking for an E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR based in Athens.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Take ownership of the sales and profitability targets for Sinsay brand E-commerce in Greece.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring an engaging and seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce and Digital Marketing department to create compelling visual and written content for product listings, maintaining brand consistency.
• Analyze website metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Department and Customer Service team to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement innovative e-commerce strategies.
• Analyze competition in terms of product, price, and logistics.
• Conduct multi-aspect, cyclical analysis of the country's results.
• Drive efforts to adapt the Sinsay E-commerce business to the local market.
• Manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including website maintenance, content updates, and product launches.
• Conduct regular website performance and user behavior analysis to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
• Identify potential threats and factors significantly affecting business in the local market.
• Implement Search Engine Optimization strategies and best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce management in a similar position in a clothing company - experience in a Fast Fashion retail company will be an asset.
• Familiar with reports from analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the local e-commerce market.
• Awareness of current trends in the e-commerce industry.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• High-level organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Time Management and Prioritization.
• Fluency in English.
