The F&B Operations Manager will be responsible to provide strategic direction for Food and Beverage outlets. The F&B Operations Manager is also responsible for maximizing customer and employee satisfaction as well as cost controls which include maximizing profits and if needed support all F&B operations within the hotel.
Requirements
- Responsible for all aspects of the F&B operations including guest satisfaction, financial performance and sales and revenue generation.
- Ensures impeccable guest experience, through well trained and motivated teams, who are enabled and inspired to offer anticipatory and personalized luxury service.
- Ensures implementation of the brand standards and brand service initiatives with the objective of creating unique guest experiences.
- Builds relationship with key and regular customers
- Implements and monitors Health & Safety protocols.
- Ensures effective recruitment, training, development, coaching and counseling of associates. Maintains and cultivates a rewarding, inclusive, top performing and highly satisfactory working environment.
Experience & Competencies required
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in high-end 5-star hotel properties with proven track records of key metrics success within hotel industry.
- Demonstrated success in setting and achieving unique, strong Guest experience practices
- Ability of building high performing teams.
- Must have excellent communication, coaching, mentoring, negotiation skills.
- Change Management – must have the ability to support, manage and initiate change within the organization with an innovative, openminded approach.
- Problem solving skills at both a strategic and functional level.
- Demonstrated success in evaluating new business trends and implementing new ideas that enhance the business and Guest experience.
- High proficiency in both English and Greek is required.
