Job Description - Field Service & Maintenance Dispatcher

The position of the  Drink Equipment Field Service & Maintenance Dispatcher has the responsibility to ensure the smooth operation of the Drink Equipment availability in terms of systemic updates, purchasing, storage, movements execution and 3PL performance monitoring.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensuring all Drink Equipment movements are performed in line with the agreed policies & procedures via systematic monitoring and follow-up.  
  • Verifying that all actually performed activities are properly recorded in the system, incl. Equipment status update, and actual stock is in accordance with systemic stock, incl. overall coordination of the stock count process.
  • Securing all new Equipment is received at CCH (or 3PL) storage facilities according to order made and is systemically generated in alignment with CCH policies.
  • Responsible for placing orders in CCH system (Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders), including the purchase of new Equipment after alignment with internal stakeholders, as well as for the rest needs in services and supplies.
  • Resolving issues in the supply process, e.g. lead times, handling invoices reconciliation, customs clearance, handling customs’ agent etc.
  • Regular monitoring (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) of 3PL(s) performance, in terms of provided services via the Drinks Equipment Operational KBIs and in accordance with the existing contractual agreements.
  • Active participation in regular (weekly/monthly) meetings with the 3PL team, focusing on identified areas for improvement and recommended actions for achieving this.
  • Provide Reporting and Data analysis for supporting department’s needs.
  • Structural Communication with Sales team and 3PL, throughout weekly and monthly meetings / calls.
  • Building strong relationships with key internal customers (Sales, Finance, Procurement) and external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

  • University degree
  • Very Good command of English language
  • Very good computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Very good knowledge in SAP system & BW Reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Oriented & Customer Centric mentality
  • Having a “Can-Do” attitude
  • Good knowledge of cost controlling and financial understanding

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in 3PL Management
