Job Description - Finnish CS in Crete FREE Accommodation
"100 € (gross per month)* after spending the first 6 months in the company as a salary increase. After finishing your first 12 months in the company, your salary increase will be additionall 50 € (gross per month) Stay in an apartment paid by the company upon availability (electricity bills excluded OR 300,00€ Gross to cover accommodation for as long as you are employed by the company Inbound Flight and Taxi paid by company" Ability to multitask multiple systems, screens, and tasks during customer contacts. Ability to quickly learn and navigate various customer management platforms Call center experience recommended (1 year) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to problem solve in real-time Ability to understand and capture relevant / important data during customer interactions Provide excellent customer support through active listening. Building excellent rapport, identifying needs, and acting in a timely manner. Ability to build effective relationships with customers, providers and clients Native in Core Language(s) Swedish / Norwegian / Finnish/ Danish Good communication skills in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills
