Food and Beverage Manager

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a luxurious five-star resort located on the beautiful island of Kefalonia, is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations of the resort
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase guest satisfaction
• Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained in food preparation, presentation, and service
• Manage and train a team of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Monitor and control costs, including food and beverage inventory, labor, and operational expenses
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficient service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
• Ability to effectively manage costs and drive revenue
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
