French Customer Support Representative REMOTE In All Greece

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote/work from home from anywhere in Greece (onsite in Athens available as well)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone email and chat)
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for our leading partners by answering basic questions and general enquiries cancellations and amendments
• Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in French both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous work experience in customer service/support roles
• Car rental experience is preferable
• Hospitality experience
• Passionate about customers and customer service
• Problemsolving skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
