Role Overview:

This role involves responding to and recording customer inquiries via phone, ensuring accurate data entry, addressing client complaints, meeting service-level agreements for call resolution, troubleshooting issues, and offering recommendations for common problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Coordinate outbound sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
• Present and sell company offerings using sales scripts and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• C1/C2 proficiency in German, B2/C1 proficiency in English
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience + Cold Calling + Upselling
