Role Description:

As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Wealth Management for Scalable Capital, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your daily duties will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will be trained to understand our financial products and services thoroughly, enabling you to assist clients with their wealth management needs effectively. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Greece.
