Job Description - Growth & Marketing Manager

Euronet seeks to employ an experienced and resourceful Growth & Marketing Manager who will join a newly structured team with innovative projects representing the future of payments and marketing.

The successful candidate will play a key role in a transformative journey, combining the stability and global reach of a financial services leader with the innovation and agility of a startup, Throo ( a unique digital ecosystem of individuals and business who enjoy mobile-based, low-cost digital payments and a rich set of loyalty services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional growth team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Implement growth initiatives across marketing, product, and partnerships. Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to maximize ROI and lifetime value.
  • Lead brand marketing (define and drive brand strength indicators to max), user acquisition (define and exceed new user targets, across paid and organic) and growth (post-acquisition activation, retention, and re-engagement efforts).
  • Unlock efficiency and scale of the team’s efforts by applying growth hacking techniques, leveraging CRM-first approach and data analytics (segmentation, KPI trees), manage creative production (data-driven, CRM, paid social) to maximize LTV of current userbase with minimal cost.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Executive leadership to align growth objectives with overall business goals.

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, digital-first environment, preferably within the fintech/payments industry and/or in a marketplace-like venture.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and referral programs.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics and A/B testing to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements.
  • Experience with advanced Software tools in the areas of CRM (e.g. Hubspot), Marketing Automation (e.g. Segment), Data Analytics & Business Intelligence (e.g. Mixpanel), Optimization (e.g. Optimizely), SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush), Social Media Management (e.g. Buffer), etc.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Must have legal right to work in the European Union without a visa sponsorship.
