Guest Relations Officer

Workathlon on behalf of Donkey Hotels and Resorts is hiring for enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer for the 5-star luxury resort Nous Santorini . 

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, striving to exceed expectations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and issues effectively, addressing concerns in a professional and proactive manner to achieve swift resolution.
• Maintain open and effective communication with all resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and smooth operations.
• Solicit feedback from guests and use it to continuously improve service standards and guest satisfaction levels.
• Assist in the organization and execution of special events.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury hospitality settings, preferably in 5-star establishments.
• A degree in hospitality or a related field will be considered a plus.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude.
