Guest Relations Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Guest Relations Supervisor is dedicated to delivering exceptional, upscale, and professional guest service experiences of the highest caliber. This role involves meticulously analyzing customer feedback, promptly addressing guests' needs, and intuitively anticipating their unspoken desires to ensure a flawless and luxurious stay.

Scope :

  • Reports to the Front Office Manager
  • Provides upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
  • Ensures guests are properly greeted upon their arrival
  • Coordinates luggage collection and storage
  • Actively listen to and resolve complaints
  • Coordinates and manages communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
  • Informs clients of our hotel services
  • Promotes all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
  • Supervises guest relations team to ensure they comply with all SOPs
  • Liaises with all departments to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
  • Analyses customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
  • Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see
  • Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel clients

Prerequisites:

  • Three or more years working experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector
  • Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
