Description:
Pro4ia seeks an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to promote its services to prospective clients in order to meet sales objectives and support the company’s business development strategy and financial position. The primary function of the ISR will be to help fuel the successful growth of Pro4ia’s business. In this position the ISR will work closely with the sales team to help identify and convert new customers and grow existing accounts.
The ISR will manage lead qualification / generation and schedule meetings for the sales team. Lead generation activities are comprised of tasks needed to be regularly monitored (i.e. email, phone calls, appointments and CRM reminders). Timely responses, along with extensive product knowledge, account research and a clear understanding of the prospect will assist with the lead engagement strategy.
