Job Description - Inside Sales Representative

Description:

Pro4ia seeks an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to promote its services to prospective clients in order to meet sales objectives and support the company’s business development strategy and financial position. The primary function of the ISR will be to help fuel the successful growth of Pro4ia’s business.  In this position the ISR will work closely with the sales team to help identify and convert new customers and grow existing accounts. 

The ISR will manage lead qualification / generation and schedule meetings for the sales team.  Lead generation activities are comprised of tasks needed to be regularly monitored (i.e. email, phone calls, appointments and CRM reminders). Timely responses, along with extensive product knowledge, account research and a clear understanding of the prospect will assist with the lead engagement strategy. 

Responsibilities:

  • The primary duties will be to make business-to-business phone calls to schedule appointments for the Sales Team, and at the same time, collect information and update the company database
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of Pro4ia products and services
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Cold calling experience is preferred
  • 1-2 or more years customer service or inside sales experience in technology sales preferred
  • Candidates must also demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with CRM products a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, to ensure accurate use of internal systems and processing of information
  • Proficiency with social networking sites
  • Strong MS Office skills
