Junior Accountant - Urgent Position

This role would suit a Finance Graduate or Junior ledger clerk who has good knowledge of the basics for accounting and attention to detail. This role will report into the Finance Manager where they will assist in the day to day tasks of the Purchase, Receivable and Cash ledgers. You will be part of Alatas Global services where you will provide support to international Alatas companies around the world.  

Day to day task will include 

• Posting supplier invoices
• Posting and issuing customer invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Customer debt chasing
• Assisting the Accountants
• Credit card postings
• Employee expenses
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Payment allocations
• adhoc financial tasks

Qualifications and Experience

• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Graduate in accounting or experience in receivables, payables and cash ledgers.  
• Good attention to details
• Excellent English language speaking and writing

• Monday to Friday,
• 08:00 - 17:00  
• Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays
