Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Banking Admin/Analyst to join our team under the CBP Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting account reconciliations, analyzing banking data, assisting customers with inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze banking data and generate reports to support decision-making and business insights.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in banking software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
