Job Description - Logistics Customer Service Manager

Greek Biotechnology Company seeks a dynamic professional with extensive experience in Logistics to join our team.

The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The primary scope of this role is to lead and monitor all aspects of customer service within the logistics department, ensure timely and efficient communication with customers, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of logistics coordinators, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
  • Invoicing management and implementation, following tax, system and commercial processes.
  • Creation of an efficient process system to connect sales, invoicing, warehousing, and service deliverables.
  • Strategically planning and managing supply chain operations.
  • Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
  • Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Arranging product assembly, warehousing, order processing, plan routes and process shipments.
  • Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
  • Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Work closely with the logistics coordinators to ensure that pricing strategies align with customer expectations and company goals and implement pricing adjustments as necessary to remain competitive in the market.
  • Complying with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations on customer service performance and trends for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong background in accounting and or finance.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (SoftOne)
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
