As a B2B2C Marketing Consultant at Amdocs, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our customers’ success. Your strategic insights and innovative ideas will directly impact their bottom line. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

What will your job look like?

1. Business Insights and Recommendations:

• Understand our customers’ business goals, competitive landscape, and challenges.

• Leverage data-driven insights to create new marketing opportunities that enhance customer experience, overall satisfaction, and performance results.

2. Data Analysis:

• Dive deep into the behavioral trends of service providers’ customer base (with support from data analysts).

• Translate findings into actionable marketing plans.

3. Marketing Strategy:

• Develop both short-term and long-term marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives.

• Execute marketing strategies within our solution.

4. Innovation:

• Unleash your creativity! Propose novel methodologies for targeted marketing, segmentation, pricing, and communications.

5. Collaboration:

• Work in a distributed business environment, bridging Amdocs teams in Israel and our customers.

• Identify strategic and ad-hoc business opportunities.

All you need is...

• Experience: At least 5 years in roles such as Business Analyst, Marketing Manager, Segment Manager, or Marketing/Business Consultant in Telecom, Finance, Online, or Technology companies is a must.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data-driven marketing, business intelligence (BI), and business analysis.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Operations Research, or Statistics). MBA will be considered an advantage

• Industry Knowledge: Broad understanding of Telecom and/or Finance marketing elements (product pricing, segmentation, promotion).

• Soft Skills: Strong customer relations and presentation skills.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

• Bonus: Familiarity with ‘Pega’ or other marketing automation tools.
